Whether Cisco, Arris, Motorola, Juniper or other supported brands, we test all network equipment in our best-in-class quality assurance lab. 

We are ISO 9001:2008 and TL9000 Quality Management Systems certified and follow a strict management and measurement process to ensure that you receive your networking equipment in “like-new” condition. All equipment undergoes our Six Stage Testing Process:

1.     Physical Inspection –To ensure quality, all equipment is inspected for any damage, missing parts, or unacceptable physical appearance. Equipment that does not meet those requirements is promptly returned to the vendor. Quality equipment is assigned a manufacturer serial number and advanced to our state-of-the-art test lab. Once testing is complete, equipment that may require minimal repair will be put through our refurbishing process.

2.     Detailed Verification –Part numbers and serial numbers are verified against available databases. Other known characteristics are verified by inspecting hallmarks, holograms, trademarks and manufacturing characteristics relative to each respective brand.  Suspect equipment is quarantined and is returned to the original vendor or destroyed.

3.     Inventory/Serialization –Equipment is assigned a manufacturer serial number and is entered into our SAP Inventory System. All items are placed in an assigned location for inventory control and management.

4.     Test Procedure –Each unit is tested so that it meets or exceeds original manufacturer specifications.

  1. Equipment is restored to factory default settings or customer requested configurations.

  2. Switch ports are individually tested using customized scripts run by an automated proprietary traffic testing system.

  3. Chassis are configured, powered on, and required to run over an extended period of time.

  4. Test results are recorded and saved to provide detailed information on the chassis, power supplies, fans, and line cards/modules; ensuring they will operate 24/7 in your own network.

5.     Refurbishment – A final detailed visual inspection is performed, and minor defects, dents, scratches and chips are repaired. All hardware and accessories are confirmed correct, complete, and packaged for shipment with the unit. If it is determined that a unit needs more than simple cosmetic repair or touchup, it will be prepped and sent to be professionally painted to a “like-new” condition.

6.     Packaging & Delivery –Every order is individually packaged using custom boxes or crates, as dictated by individual equipment requirements, while following ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) packaging guidelines. This prevents any static or physical damage during shipping and handling, guaranteeing the customer a fully operational unit.  Shipping information is verified and tracking information is then provided to customers.
